This policy covers the TinyArmada website and all apps published by TinyArmada on the App Store and Google Play. TinyArmada is a brand of Next Internet Solutions Ltda (CNPJ 01.562.972/0001-32), São Paulo, Brazil, the data controller.

1. Data we collect

We collect only what each app needs to work. Depending on the app, this may include:

  • Data you give us: for example your email address if you create an account or contact support.
  • Content you create in the app, if the app stores it on our servers.
  • Purchase status (not card details), confirmed by Apple or Google.
  • Diagnostics: crash reports and basic, non-identifying usage data, to fix bugs.

We do not collect precise location, contacts, photos, health data or similar sensitive data unless an app clearly asks for it and you agree. The exact data for each app is listed in section 7 and in the app's privacy label on the App Store and Google Play.

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the app, process purchases, answer support requests, keep the service secure, and comply with the law. We do not sell your data and do not use it for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the apps, under contracts that require them to protect it, such as: Apple and Google (distribution and payments), Cloudflare (hosting), Google Workspace (email), and [OTHER PROVIDERS, e.g. Firebase Crashlytics, RevenueCat, Stripe]. Some providers may store data outside Brazil. We may also disclose data when required by law.

4. How long we keep it

We keep data only while your account is active or as long as needed for the purpose it was collected. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where the law requires us to keep it (for example, tax records).

5. Your rights and how to delete your data

Under Brazil's LGPD, the GDPR and similar laws, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent. You can delete your account in the app, or follow the steps on our delete account page, or email privacidade@tinyarmada.com. We reply within 15 days. You can also complain to Brazil's data protection authority (ANPD).

6. Security and children

Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people who need it. Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.

8. This website

tinyarmada.com uses no cookies, analytics or trackers. Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
